ईश्वर उवाच । आदौ कृतयुगे कृष्ण उमया यत्कृतं पुरा । ऋषीणां श्रमनाशार्थं तप्तोदं तत्र निर्मितम्
īśvara uvāca | ādau kṛtayuge kṛṣṇa umayā yatkṛtaṃ purā | ṛṣīṇāṃ śramanāśārthaṃ taptodaṃ tatra nirmitam
ઈશ્વરે કહ્યું— હે કૃષ્ણ, કૃતયુગના આરંભે ઉમાએ પૂર્વે જે કર્યું હતું, ત્યાં ઋષિઓનો શ્રમ નાશ કરવા તપ્ત જળનો સ્રોત રચાયો હતો।
