ब्रह्मेश्वरेति नामाढ्यं ब्राह्मणैश्च प्रतिष्ठितम् । ऋषितोयाजले स्नात्वा तल्लिंगं यः प्रपूजयेत् । स भवेद्वेदविद्विप्रो जाड्यभावविवर्जितः
brahmeśvareti nāmāḍhyaṃ brāhmaṇaiśca pratiṣṭhitam | ṛṣitoyājale snātvā talliṃgaṃ yaḥ prapūjayet | sa bhavedvedavidvipro jāḍyabhāvavivarjitaḥ
તે ‘બ્રહ્મેશ્વર’ નામે પ્રસિદ્ધ છે અને બ્રાહ્મણોએ તેની પ્રતિષ્ઠા કરી છે। ‘ઋષિતોય’ જળમાં સ્નાન કરીને જે ભક્તિપૂર્વક તે લિંગની પૂજા કરે, તે વેદવિદ્ બ્રાહ્મણ બને અને જડતા-અજ્ઞાનથી રહિત થાય।
