ईश्वर उवाच । एवं स्नात्वा विधानेन दत्त्वार्घ्यं च महोदधौ । संपूज्य गंधपुष्पैश्च वस्त्रैः पुष्पावलेपनैः
īśvara uvāca | evaṃ snātvā vidhānena dattvārghyaṃ ca mahodadhau | saṃpūjya gaṃdhapuṣpaiśca vastraiḥ puṣpāvalepanaiḥ
ઈશ્વરે કહ્યું—આ રીતે વિધાનપૂર્વક સ્નાન કરીને અને મહાસમુદ્રમાં અર્ઘ્ય અર્પણ કરીને, સુગંધ, પુષ્પ, વસ્ત્ર તથા પુષ્પલેપનથી ભક્તિપૂર્વક સંપૂર્ણ પૂજન કરવું।
