द्रोणपुत्रसहायेन पापेन कृतवर्मणा । समाप्तं चायुरस्याद्य यशश्चापि सुमध्यमे
droṇaputrasahāyena pāpena kṛtavarmaṇā | samāptaṃ cāyurasyādya yaśaścāpi sumadhyame
દ્રોણપુત્ર (અશ્વત્થામા) ના સહાયક પાપી કૃતવર્મા દ્વારા (આ કૃત્ય થયું). હે સુમધ્યમે! આજે આનું આયુષ્ય અને યશ સમાપ્ત થઈ ગયું છે.
