तदा शक्रः सुदुःखार्तो भयोद्विग्नो ननाश वै । तदा तद्भार्यया देवि इन्द्राण्या शोककर्षया
tadā śakraḥ suduḥkhārto bhayodvigno nanāśa vai | tadā tadbhāryayā devi indrāṇyā śokakarṣayā
ત્યારે શક્ર (ઇન્દ્ર) અતિ દુઃખથી પીડિત અને ભયથી વ્યાકુળ થઈ ખરેખર ત્યાંથી પલાયન કર્યો; તે સમયે, હે દેવી, તેની પત્ની ઇન્દ્રાણી શોકથી આકર્ષિત થઈ (આગળ કાર્યમાં પ્રવૃત્ત થઈ).
