सोमो मीढ्वान्पवते गातुवित्तम ऋषिर्विप्रो विचक्षणः । त्वं कविरभवो देववीतम आ सूर्यं रोहयो दिवि ॥
Transliteration
sómō mīḍhvā́n pavate gātuvít-tamaḥ ṛ́ṣir vípro vi-cákṣaṇaḥ | tváṃ kavír abhavo deva-vī́tamaḥ ā́ sū́ryaṃ rohayo diví ||
Translation
દાનમાં સમૃદ્ધ સોમ પવિત્ર થઈ વહે છે—માર્ગનો શ્રેષ્ઠ શોધક—ઋષિ, વિપ્ર, વિશાળદર્શી. તું કવિ થયો છે, દેવોને અતિ પ્રિય; તું સૂર્યને દ્યૌમાં આરોહણ કરાવે છે.
