अग्निं वः पूर्व्यं हुवे होतारं चर्षणीनाम् । तमया वाचा गृणे तमु वः स्तुषे ॥
Transliteration
agníṃ vaḥ pū́rvyaṃ huve hótāraṃ carṣaṇīnā́m | tám ayā́ vācā́ gṛṇe tám u vaḥ stuṣe ||
Translation
હું તમારે માટે પ્રાચીન અગ્નિને આહ્વાન કરું છું—ચર્ષણીનામ્ હોતાર, જનસમુદાયોના યજ્ઞપુરોહિતને. આ વાણીથી હું તેને ગાઉં છું; અને તમારે માટે તેને જ સ્તવું છું.
