Sukta 3.30
यस्मै धायुरदधा मर्त्यायाभक्तं चिद्भजते गेह्यं सः । भद्रा त इन्द्र सुमतिर्घृताची सहस्रदाना पुरुहूत रातिः ॥
yásmai dhāyúr ádadhaḥ mártyāyā́bhaktaṃ cid bhajate gehyàṃ sáḥ | bhadrā́ ta indra sumatír ghṛtā́cī sahásra-dānā puruhūta rātíḥ ||
જેને તું મર્ત્ય માટે પોષક શક્તિ (ધાયુ) અર્પે છે, તે અવિભક્તને પણ વહેંચે છે અને ગૃહ્ય (અંતર્ગૃહ)નું ધન મેળવે છે. હે ઇન્દ્ર, તારી સુમતિ શુભ છે—ઘૃતથી સિંચિત વહેતી; હે પુરુહૂત, તારી રાતિ હજારદાન છે.
