कुम्भकर्णवधः
The Slaying of Kumbhakarna
पीड्यमानस्तदस्त्रंतुविशेषंतत्सराक्षसः ।ततश्चुकोपबलवान्सुमित्रानन्दवर्दनः ।।।।
pīḍyamānas tad astraṃ tu viśeṣaṃ tat sa rākṣasaḥ |
tataś cukopa balavān sumitrānandavardhanaḥ ||
તે અસ્ત્રથી પીડિત થઈ તે રાક્ષસે વિશેષ પ્રભાવવાળું તે અસ્ત્ર પ્રતિઅસ્ત્રથી નિષ્ફળ કર્યું; ત્યારબાદ સુમિત્રાના આનંદને વધારનાર મહાબલી લક્ષ્મણ ક્રોધે પ્રજ્વલિત થયો।
Kumbhakarna having been tormented, put an end to the dart (of Lakshmana). Mighty Lakshmana there upon flew into a rage.
