कुम्भकर्णोपदेशः
Kumbhakarna’s Counsel and War-Boast to Ravana
अस्मिन्कालेतुयद्युक्तंतदिदानींविधीयताम् ।गतंतुनानुशोचन्तिगतंतुगतमेवहि ।।6.63.25।।
asmin kāle tu yad yuktaṃ tad idānīṃ vidhīyatām | gataṃ tu nānuśocanti gataṃ tu gatam eva hi ||6.63.25||
આ ક્ષણે જે યોગ્ય હોય તે હમણાં જ કરાવું. જે વીતી ગયું તેનું શોક ન કરવો; કારણ કે વીતી ગયેલું તો ખરેખર વીતી ગયેલું જ છે.
"You may speak of only what is proper to do now. Do not think of the past as it is gone."
