Transliteration

rāghavasyavacaḥ śrutvā pratyuvāca vibhīṣaṇaḥ | eṣa senāpatis tasya prahasto nāma rākṣasaḥ || laṅkāyāṃ rākṣasendrasya tribhāga-bala-saṃvṛtaḥ | vīryavān astravic chūraḥ suprakhyāś ca parākrame ||

Translation

રાઘવના વચન સાંભળી વિભીષણે પ્રત્યુત્તર આપ્યો: “આ રાક્ષસ પ્રહસ્ત નામે છે—તે જ તેના રાજાનો સેનાપતિ. લંકામાં રાક્ષસેન્દ્રની ત્રિભાગ સેનાથી સંવૃત, બળવાન, અસ્ત્રવિદ્યા માં નિપુણ, શૂર અને પરાક્રમમાં સુપ્રસિદ્ધ છે.”
