लङ्कानिरीक्षणं व्यूहविन्यासश्च
Survey of Lanka and Deployment of the Battle Formation
सागरस्येवमेवेगोमारुतस्येवमेगति: ।नहिदाशरथिर्वेदतेनमांयोद्धुमिच्छति ।।।।
sāgarasyeva me vegaḥ mārutasyeva me gatiḥ |
na hi dāśarathir veda tena māṃ yoddhum icchati ||
“મારો વેગ સાગરના ઉછાળ જેવો છે, અને મારી ગતિ પવન જેવી. દાશરથિ આ જાણતો નથી—એથી જ મને યુદ્ધ કરવા ઇચ્છે છે.”
Even the Rakshasas heard the roaring of Vanaras in their pride that was bellowing like that of clouds in the sky.
