Transliteration

mahālatānāṃ dāmāni vyathamat tarasā kapiḥ |

yathā prāvṛṣi vindhyasya meghajālāni mārutaḥ ||

Translation

અતિ બળથી તે કપિએ મહાલતાઓના દોરા સમા ગુચ્છોને દોલાવ્યા; જેમ પ્રાવૃષ્કાળે વિન્‍ધ્ય પર પવન મેઘસમૂહોને હાંકી ઉછાળે છે તેમ.
