अयोध्याकाण्डे चतुर्थः सर्गः

तद्यावदेव मे चेतो न विमुह्यति राघव।तावदेवाभिषिञ्चस्व चला हि प्राणिनां मतिः।।2.4.20।।

tad yāvad eva me ceto na vimuhyati rāghava | tāvad evābhiṣiñcasva calā hi prāṇināṃ matiḥ || 2.4.20 ||

અતએવ, હે રાઘવ, જ્યાં સુધી મારું ચિત્ત મોહમાં ન પડે, ત્યાં સુધી તું તરત અભિષિક્ત થા; પ્રાણીઓની મતિ તો ચંચળ જ હોય છે.
