Adhyaya 84 — The Gods’ Hymn after the Slaying of Mahishasura and the Goddess’ Boon
देव्युवाच व्रियतां त्रिदशाः सर्वे यदस्मत्तोऽभिवाञ्छितम् ।
ददाम्यहमति प्रीत्या स्तवैरेभिः सुपूजिता ॥
devyuvāca vriyatāṃ tridaśāḥ sarve yadasmatto 'bhivāñchitam / dadāmyahamatiprītyā stavairebhiḥ supūjitā
દેવીએ કહ્યું—હે દેવગણ, તમારે મારી પાસેથી જે જે ઇચ્છિત હોય તે સર્વ પસંદ કરો; આ સ્તોત્રોથી સમ્યક્ પૂજિત થઈને હું મહાન આનંદથી તે આપું છું।
