तस्मात्कररुहैभिन्नो मरिष्ये न धरातले । एवं भविष्यतीत्युक्त्वा गतो ब्रह्मा च विस्मयम्
tasmātkararuhaibhinno mariṣye na dharātale | evaṃ bhaviṣyatītyuktvā gato brahmā ca vismayam
Ainsi, je ne mourrai pas à la surface de la terre ; je ne mourrai que lorsque des ongles me déchireront. Ayant dit : « Ainsi en sera-t-il », Brahmā s’en alla, saisi d’étonnement.
