उपवासेन कृच्छ्रेण शाकाहारेण याति यः । स याति सुन्दरीवृन्दैर्वीज्यमानो गणैर्दिवि
upavāsena kṛcchreṇa śākāhāreṇa yāti yaḥ | sa yāti sundarīvṛndairvījyamāno gaṇairdivi
Quiconque s’en va en observant le jeûne, le vœu austère (kṛcchra) ou un régime de simples verdures—celui-là chemine au ciel, éventé par des troupes de belles jeunes femmes et escorté par les gaṇas de Śiva.
