Type: kshetra
Listener: Devī
Scene: Śiva explains that in each kalpa a different Viṣṇu and Brahmā arise, created by him; a cosmic wheel of time turns behind the divine pair in dialogue.
All cosmic roles are cyclical and contingent; the text presents Śiva as the steady ground from which these functions arise.
Prabhāsa-kṣetra, as the setting for Śiva’s doctrinal revelation connected with Kālāgniliṅga.
No ritual act is prescribed in this verse.
