Type: kshetra
Listener: Mahādevī
Scene: Four-icon sequence of Devī: Śāmbhavī beside Śiva; Viśvarūpiṇī as a cosmic-bodied goddess containing galaxies; Nandinī as auspicious, gentle bestower; Gaṇāmbikā surrounded by gaṇas, protecting and guiding them.
The one Goddess is praised by many names, each highlighting a distinct cosmic role—Śiva’s power, universal form, auspiciousness, and guardianship of sacred hosts.
Prabhāsa Kṣetra, where such name-glorification forms part of the māhātmya teaching tradition.
No explicit ritual; it supports devotional recitation and contemplation of Devī’s epithets.
