Type: kshetra
Listener: Devī (addressed as ‘devi’)
Scene: A devotee, now radiant and calm, stands before the liṅga; behind appear symbolic figures of mother, ancestors, and guru blessing him; dark stains representing sins dissolve into light, and the devotee’s face shows ‘nir-dvandva’ serenity.
True purification includes resolving foundational obligations to parents, ancestors, and guru, culminating in inner freedom and liberation.
Prabhāsakṣetra, as part of the Prabhāsa Khaṇḍa’s sacred-site glorification.
No single ritual is newly prescribed here; it states the fruit—purification and mokṣa—connected to the preceding tīrtha practice.
