Transliteration

upavāsairvrataiḥ kṛtsnaiścāṃdrāyaṇaśataistathā | ṣaḍrātraiśca trirātraiśca tīrthādigamanaiḥ paraiḥ

Translation

Même par les jeûnes et les vœux accomplis, même par des centaines de pénitences Cāndrāyaṇa, par des observances de six nuits ou de trois, ou en entreprenant d’autres pèlerinages excellents vers les tīrtha et autres lieux saints—cet état suprême n’est pas aisément atteint.
