एकार्णवं जगदिदं ब्रह्मापश्यदशेषतः । तस्मिन्वसुमती मग्ना पातालतलमागता

ekārṇavaṃ jagadidaṃ brahmāpaśyadaśeṣataḥ | tasminvasumatī magnā pātālatalamāgatā

Brahmā vit ce monde entier comme un seul océan. Dans ce déluge, la Terre (Vasumatī) s’enfonça et atteignit les niveaux de Pātāla.
