ततो देवगणाः सर्वे शरणं रुद्रमाययुः । वृत्तं यथावत्कथितं ततो रुद्र उवाच तान्

tato devagaṇāḥ sarve śaraṇaṃ rudramāyayuḥ | vṛttaṃ yathāvatkathitaṃ tato rudra uvāca tān

Alors toutes les cohortes des dieux cherchèrent refuge auprès de Rudra. Les événements ayant été rapportés tels qu’ils s’étaient produits, Rudra leur adressa la parole.
