Type: kshetra
Listener: Varārohā Devī (the addressed female interlocutor)
Scene: A teacher-narrator privately instructs a noble lady (varārohe) near the seashore/temple precinct; the words appear as a glowing script-stream; behind them, the ocean and a subtle Agni glow signify the secret tīrtha.
Śravaṇa of genuine tīrtha-mahātmya carries immense purifying power, yet sacred knowledge should be shared responsibly.
The Prabhāsa/Agni-tīrtha narrative just described, whose hearing is said to purify.
A dharmic guideline: keep the teaching confidential and do not disclose it indiscriminately.
