Skanda Purana — Prabhasa Khanda, Shloka 76

भोजनं नैव कुर्वीत यदी च्छेद्धितमात्मनः । परान्नं नैव भुञ्जीत तद्दिने ब्राह्मणः क्वचित्

bhojanaṃ naiva kurvīta yadī ccheddhitamātmanaḥ | parānnaṃ naiva bhuñjīta taddine brāhmaṇaḥ kvacit

Si l’on recherche son propre bien, qu’on ne prenne pas de repas. Ce jour-là, un brāhmaṇa ne doit en aucun cas manger une nourriture préparée par autrui (parānna).
