एवं कृत्वा नरो भक्त्या लभते जन्मनः फलम् । तीर्थेषु दानं वक्ष्यामि येषु यद्दीयते तिथौ
evaṃ kṛtvā naro bhaktyā labhate janmanaḥ phalam | tīrtheṣu dānaṃ vakṣyāmi yeṣu yaddīyate tithau
Ayant agi ainsi avec dévotion, l’homme obtient le vrai fruit de la naissance humaine. À présent, je décrirai les dons à offrir dans les tīrthas : ce qu’il convient de donner à chaque tithi (jour lunaire).
