अरुंधत्युवाच । बिसतंतुर्यथा नित्यं समंतान्नालसंस्थितः । तृष्णा चैवमनाद्यंता तथा देहाश्रिता सदा
aruṃdhatyuvāca | bisataṃturyathā nityaṃ samaṃtānnālasaṃsthitaḥ | tṛṣṇā caivamanādyaṃtā tathā dehāśritā sadā
Arundhatī dit : De même que la fibre du lotus demeure toujours répandue dans toute la tige du lotus, ainsi la soif du désir (tṛṣṇā), sans commencement ni fin, s’attache sans cesse au corps.
