एष गच्छामि पदवीं सत्ये तव पथे सदा । सौप्तिके निहता ये च सुप्तास्तेन दुरात्मना
eṣa gacchāmi padavīṃ satye tava pathe sadā | sauptike nihatā ye ca suptāstena durātmanā
«Ô toi qui dis vrai, je marcherai toujours sur ta voie.» Et (je parle de) ceux qui, endormis, furent massacrés lors du raid nocturne (Sauptika) par cet être pervers.
