Skanda Purana — Prabhasa Khanda, Shloka 122

स्थित्वा च परमे तत्त्वे मंत्रन्यासमथाकरोत् । एवं लिंगं प्रतिष्ठाप्य तत्र ब्रह्मा जगद्गुरुः । पूजयामास विधिना वेदोक्तैर्मंत्र विस्तरैः

sthitvā ca parame tattve maṃtranyāsamathākarot | evaṃ liṃgaṃ pratiṣṭhāpya tatra brahmā jagadguruḥ | pūjayāmāsa vidhinā vedoktairmaṃtra vistaraiḥ

Demeurant dans la Réalité suprême, il accomplit ensuite le rite du mantra-nyāsa. Ainsi, après avoir établi le Liṅga, Brahmā—précepteur du monde—l’adora selon la règle, par de vastes mantras enseignés dans les Veda.
