गौतम उवाच । कथं वो जायते मोक्षो वदध्वं कृत्स्नशो मम । कृपयाविष्टचित्तोऽहं यतिष्ये नात्र संशयः
gautama uvāca | kathaṃ vo jāyate mokṣo vadadhvaṃ kṛtsnaśo mama | kṛpayāviṣṭacitto'haṃ yatiṣye nātra saṃśayaḥ
Gautama dit : «Dites-le-moi entièrement : comment la délivrance (mokṣa) peut-elle advenir pour vous ? Mon cœur est saisi de compassion ; je m’y emploierai—sans aucun doute.»
