Type: kshetra
Listener: Ṛṣis (Naimiṣāraṇya frame) / Devī addressed in this episode
Scene: Dakṣa, stern and radiant as Prajāpati, addresses his daughters with a vow to subdue asuras and offenders through a potent curse; the atmosphere is charged with tapas and authority.
When dharma is violated, authoritative correction may arise; however, anger-driven power also foreshadows grave consequences.
The Prabhāsa-kṣetra Māhātmya provides the sacred frame for this curse narrative.
No ritual instruction appears; the verse expresses intent to punish through śāpa.
