Transliteration

unmattoṃ'dhaśca badhiro vedanindaka eva ca | hayago'śvoṣṭradamako nakṣatrairyaśca jīvati

Translation

Le fou, l’aveugle, le sourd et le blasphémateur du Veda ; le marchand de chevaux, le dresseur de chevaux et de chameaux, et celui qui vit de l’astrologie des demeures lunaires : eux aussi doivent être tenus pour inaptes (à recevoir).
