विष्णोरराटमन्त्रेण स्नापयेद्गंधवारिणा । सौवर्णेन तु मंत्रेण अर्घ्यं पाद्यं निवेदयेत्
viṣṇorarāṭamantreṇa snāpayedgaṃdhavāriṇā | sauvarṇena tu maṃtreṇa arghyaṃ pādyaṃ nivedayet
Avec le mantra nommé « Viṣṇor arāṭa… », qu’on baigne (la divinité) d’eau parfumée. Et avec le mantra nommé « Sauvarṇa… », qu’on offre l’arghya (eau d’hommage) et le pādya (eau pour les pieds).

Honoring the divine through proper upacāras (courtesies) expresses humility and invites auspiciousness into one’s life.
Prabhāsakṣetra, where such prescribed worship is said to be especially fruitful.
