Transliteration

satyavānraṃtidevasya śiṣyo dānaguṇaiḥ samaḥ | brahmaṇyaḥ satyavādī ca śibirauśīnaro yathā

Translation

Satyavān est le disciple de Rantideva, son égal dans les vertus du don. Dévoué aux brahmanes et véridique en sa parole, il est tel Śibi, fils d’Uśīnara.
