Skanda Purana — Prabhasa Khanda, Shloka 4

ततः संत्यज्य सा देवी ब्रह्माणं कमलोद्भवम् । सपत्नीरोषसन्तप्ता प्रभासं क्षेत्रमाश्रिता

tataḥ saṃtyajya sā devī brahmāṇaṃ kamalodbhavam | sapatnīroṣasantaptā prabhāsaṃ kṣetramāśritā

Alors la Déesse, quittant Brahmā, le Né du lotus, tourmentée par la colère née de la rivalité d’une coépouse, prit refuge dans le kṣetra sacré de Prabhāsa.
