Skanda (deduced)
Tirtha: Citrapathā
Type: river
Listener: Devī
Scene: A mostly dry or hidden riverbed near the coast; pilgrims search in vain, while monsoon clouds briefly reveal a flowing stream—its appearance fleeting and rare.
In Kali-yuga, sacred opportunities may become rare; when they appear, one should value and seize them with faith.
The (often-hidden) Citrāpathā river-tīrtha in Prabhāsa Kṣetra.
No direct rite is prescribed; it notes the seasonal visibility of the river, guiding pilgrims on timing.
