uktaṃ deva mayā teṣāṃ yogīndrāṇāṃ maheśvara | ājñaptā devadevena ihāgacchata mā ciram
«Ô Seigneur, ô Maheśvara, j’ai dit à ces yogins souverains : “Le Dieu des dieux vous a donné l’ordre : venez ici sans délai.”»

Śiva’s ājñā (command) is not to be delayed; prompt obedience is a hallmark of dharma even for advanced ascetics.
Prabhāsa-kṣetra, whose māhātmya frames the authority of Śiva’s command and the expected conduct of holy persons.
No ritual is prescribed; it is an imperative to come immediately in response to divine command.
