Type: kshetra
Listener: Saṃjñā
Scene: Chāyā vows unwavering secrecy, referencing coercion and the threat of curse, and affirms she will act according to Saṃjñā’s intention.
A vow once accepted should be upheld firmly; trust (viśvāsa) is safeguarded through restraint in speech.
The broader narrative belongs to Prabhāsakṣetra Māhātmya (Prabhāsa), though the verse itself is dialogic.
No ritual is prescribed; the verse expresses a pledge of conduct.
