अथवा तेन देवेशि प्रभासमिति कीर्त्यते । प्रकृष्टा भारती ब्राह्मी विप्रोक्ता श्रूयतेऽध्वनि । सदा यत्र महादेवि प्रभासं तेन कीर्तितम्
athavā tena deveśi prabhāsamiti kīrtyate | prakṛṣṭā bhāratī brāhmī viproktā śrūyate'dhvani | sadā yatra mahādevi prabhāsaṃ tena kīrtitam
Ou encore pour cette raison, ô Souveraine des dieux, on le loue sous le nom de « Prabhāsa ». Là, sur le chemin, on entend la sublime Bhāratī — la Vāc brahmī, puissance de Brahmā, parole sacrée — telle que la prononcent les sages. Puisque cette « clarté » y demeure à jamais, ô Grande Devī, on le proclame donc Prabhāsa.
