तपसि पचसि विश्वं पासि भस्मीकरोषि प्रकटयसि मयूखैर्ह्लादयतस्यंशुगर्भैः । सृजसि कमलजन्मा पालयस्यच्युताख्यः क्षपयसि च युगांते रुद्ररूपस्त्वमेकः
tapasi pacasi viśvaṃ pāsi bhasmīkaroṣi prakaṭayasi mayūkhairhlādayatasyaṃśugarbhaiḥ | sṛjasi kamalajanmā pālayasyacyutākhyaḥ kṣapayasi ca yugāṃte rudrarūpastvamekaḥ
Tu chauffes et fais mûrir l’univers ; tu le protèges et tu le réduis aussi en cendres. Par des rayons portant la joie au cœur de leur lumière, tu révèles et illumines toute chose.
