Skanda Purana — Prabhasa Khanda, Shloka 38

गंधतोयैरुपस्कृत्य गायत्र्या प्रणवेन च । प्रोक्षयेत्सर्वद्रव्याणि पश्चादर्चनमारभेत्

gaṃdhatoyairupaskṛtya gāyatryā praṇavena ca | prokṣayetsarvadravyāṇi paścādarcanamārabhet

Après avoir purifié les objets avec de l’eau parfumée, et par la Gāyatrī ainsi que le Praṇava (Oṃ), qu’on asperge toutes les substances rituelles ; ensuite, qu’on commence l’adoration.
