यच्छ्रुत्वा मानवो देवि मुच्यते सर्वपातकैः । ये केचित्सागरांतायां पृथिव्यां कीर्तिता द्विजाः
yacchrutvā mānavo devi mucyate sarvapātakaiḥ | ye kecitsāgarāṃtāyāṃ pṛthivyāṃ kīrtitā dvijāḥ
En entendant cela, ô Devī, l’être humain est délivré de tous les péchés. Quels que soient les Brāhmaṇas renommés sur la terre ceinte par l’océan, leur gloire est ici embrassée.
