Tirtha: Prabhāsa-kṣetra
Type: kshetra
Listener: Mahādevī (addressed)
Scene: A serene Prabhāsa tīrtha setting: learned brāhmaṇa seated in contemplation, receiving offerings without attachment; behind, the sea-horizon and a Śiva-liṅga shrine suggest the kṣetra’s sanctity; donors approach with folded hands.
The text extols the spiritual power of the brāhmaṇa ideal—rooted in purity and tapas—suggesting it prevents downfall even amid worldly dealings.
Prabhāsa-kṣetra, where dharma is taught as part of the site’s sanctifying narrative.
No explicit rite; the verse supports disciplined dāna norms and the ideal of spiritual purity.
