पापघ्नं गोमतीतीरं प्राप्यते पुण्यवन्नरैः । सागरेण च संमिश्रं महापातकनाशनम्
pāpaghnaṃ gomatītīraṃ prāpyate puṇyavannaraiḥ | sāgareṇa ca saṃmiśraṃ mahāpātakanāśanam
La rive de la Gomati, qui détruit le péché, est atteinte par les hommes méritants ; et lorsqu’elle se mêle à l’Océan, elle devient destructrice même des fautes les plus graves.
