Transliteration

māghaṃ yaḥ kṣapate sarvaṃ gomatyudadhisaṃgame | brāhmaṇānujñayā viprāḥ sarvaṃ saṃpūrṇatāṃ vrajet

Translation

Ô brāhmanes, quiconque passe tout le mois de Māgha au confluent de la Gomatī et de l’océan — avec l’assentiment des brāhmanes — parvient à l’accomplissement total en tous points.
