Type: kshetra
Scene: At midday under a bright sky, a pilgrim rests in shade; a devotee offers a leaf-plate meal and water with reverence; the road to Dvārakā continues beyond, with distant temple flags.
Feeding pilgrims with devotion is a direct dharmic offering that generates great merit.
Dvārakā is the broader Māhātmya setting; the verse focuses on service to those traveling there.
Anna-dāna: giving food to a hungry pilgrim, especially at midday during the journey.
