Transliteration

vāpīkūpataḍāgānāṃ jīrṇoddhāramathāpi vā | mūrtiṃ viṣṇoḥ pratiṣṭhāpya dattvā vā bhogasādhanam

Translation

Ou bien, ayant restauré de vieux puits, des puits à degrés (vāpī) et des étangs ; ou ayant consacré (pratiṣṭhā) une image de Viṣṇu ; ou ayant offert les moyens nécessaires aux offrandes et au culte—
