śrībhagavānuvāca | bhobho brahmanmaheśāna he bhavāni maheśvari | kṣetrāṇi sarvatīrthāni nāradaḥ sanakādayaḥ | prīto'haṃ bhavatā samyaksarvānkāmānavāpsyatha
Tirtha: Dvārakā (as the locus of universal tīrtha acknowledgment)
Type: kshetra
Scene: Kṛṣṇa speaks from a central dais; Brahmā, Maheśa, and Bhavānī stand respectfully; Nārada and the Kumāras listen; behind them, personified tīrthas/kṣetras appear as radiant figures or as symbolic rivers and shrines, receiving the Lord’s blessing.
When worship is done rightly (samyak) and with devotion, the Lord bestows fulfillment of worthy desires and spiritual aims.
Dvārakā—so exalted that even all kṣetras and tīrthas are addressed as present before the Lord there.
The emphasis is on proper worship (samyak pūjā) as the condition for receiving divine grace and boons.
