Type: kshetra
Scene: A venerable brāhmaṇa stands with folded hands before the Lord in Dvārakā; the Lord speaks words of assurance that a long-neglected sacred-day observance is fulfilled by divine grace.
Divine grace can restore what was lacking when devotion is genuine; mercy is central to the Māhātmya’s theology.
Dvārakā, where Kṛṣṇa’s grace is presented as directly operative for devotees.
The verse alludes to observing Kṛṣṇa’s sacred day (vāsara); it highlights fulfillment through grace rather than detailing procedure.
