evaṃ kṛtvā tu kṛpṇasya yaḥ karoti pradakṣiṇām | paṭhannāmasahasraṃ tu stavamanyaṃ paṭhannṛpa | saptadvīpavatīpuṇyaṃ labhate tu padepade
Ayant fait ainsi, ô roi, quiconque accomplit la circumambulation (pradakṣiṇā) de Kṛṣṇa en récitant le Sahasranāma (les Mille Noms) ou d’autres hymnes, obtient à chaque pas un mérite égal à celui du monde entier aux sept continents.
